3 WAYS FOR SBI ATM PIN GENERATION

What Information Required To Generate SBI ATM Pin?

If you want to generate SBI ATM pin then you should have following information to generate your ATM pin without visiting the branch.

ATM CardAccount NumberRegistered Mobile Number

The above three information must have required to generate ATM pin at home. If you have above three information then you can follow below steps and generate your ATM Pin.

What Is IVRS?

IVRS means interactive voice response system that means if you want to generate your ATM pin using IVRS then you have to call customer care. And customer care will give response to you.

1 Way to Generate SBI ATM Pin Using SMS:

If you want to use SMS process for SBI ATM pin generation then you have to send an SMS and charges will be applied.

Step 1. Send SMS in format PIN CCCC AAAA to 567676 from your registered mobile number, where CCCC are the last 4 digits of your ATM card number, and AAAA are last 4 digits of your Account number.

Step 2. Now, One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on your registered mobile number.

Step 3. This OTP will have 4 words pin which is valid for only 2 days that means 48 hours.

Step 4. Now, you have to visit nearest SBI ATM and swipe your card in ATM Machine.

Step 5. Select Banking option and then select Pin Change option

If you are asked to enter the pin in ATM machine then enter the 4-words pin which sent to your registered mobile number.

2 way for Generate SBI ATM PIN By Using Internet Banking :

If you have internet banking of SBI then you can generate your ATM Pin without visiting branch or nearest ATM.

Step 1. Log on to onlinesbi.com 

Step 2. Now, go to "e-Services >> ATM Card Services >> ATM PIN Generation

Step 3. Now, using OTP or profile password get authenticated

Step 4. Now, Select the account number & card number

Step 5. Enter first 2 digits of the PIN as per your preference

Step 6. Enter first 2 digits created by you followed by 2 digits sent to your registered mobile number through SMS.

Step 7. Now, these 4 digits will be your new PIN

3 Ways For Generate SBI ATM PIN through IVRS

Step 1. You have to call customer care through your registered mobile number. Call 24 x 7 toll free helplines(18004253800/ 1800112211 / 08026599990) 

Step 2. Select Preferred language and then enter your ATM card number & account number.

Step 3. OTP will be sent on your registered mobile number

Step 4. OTP is valid for 2 days and you must perform PIN change transaction at any State Bank ATM ( Banking > PIN change) during this period.
